Golf is one of the finest exercises that you can do. Lots of people who have had heart problems and who are not in the best of health take up golf. Lots of doctors suggested walking to patients as a good way of getting fit and especially after surgery. There are 1760 yards in a mile, the normal course is anywhere from 5000 yards to 6500 yards. The shortest distance among two points is in a straight line however not everyone is Tiger Woods so the amount of walking can sometimes be doubled. Golfing can remain your heart pumping at a good pace depending on the golf terrain.
Golf courses have a number of the best breathtaking scenery. Obviously it is entirely depends on where you play. Scores of courses have water features and some tee boxes are perched up on a hillside overlooking a valley or body of water.

I have played all three of the ecorsus at Killarney and have to say it is a
lovely place to play golf. Not only is the surrounding countryside amazing
but so are the ecorsus. Druids Glen is awesome as well and I will be back
in the future to play the Heath Course as I was unable to do so last time I
was on a golf break in Ireland.Now to Doonbeg The best golf course I have
ever played hands down! Every hole is a stunner and in perfect condition. I
love ecorsus that reward good shots and punish bad ones and Doonbeg
certainly ticks that box. I havn't played any of the other ecorsus on this
list but I will be playing Royal County Down and Portrush in early
September in tribute to Darren and Rory's major wins! All of the other
ecorsus will have to wait but I'm sure I will be visiting them in the
future!
