Anybody who has played golf for any amount of time has maybe heard that chipping and putting are the difference between good golfers and great golfers. If you can get better your golf short game just slightly then you have the ability to take at least 5 strokes per round off of your scores. The only time you must get the ball high in the air around the greens is if you are going over a bunker or something of that nature.
Bunker play is important to building a better golf short game. To hit a bunker shot correctly you must use the bounce of the club to your advantage. To hit a good bunker shot you must open the face of your wedge and hit about 2 inches behind the ball.
