| Add Flexibility to Your Golf Swing
It was once said by Arthur Daley that golf is like a love affair. If you don’t take it seriously, it’s no fun; if you do take it seriously, it breaks your heart. Well, all those heart-broken golf lovers certainly know how important flexibility is to this game. For those who don’t, golf is an athletic game that requires a lot of flexibility, body balance and coordination, and people who lack these physical abilities seldom make good golfers.
When you swing a golf stick, your neck, shoulders, back, arms, hips, knees and ankles are all put to work. A flexible body will allow you to maintain the perfect posture required for the game, while promoting an efficient, powerful swing at the same time.
Stretching is the most optimal way of gradually enhancing your body flexibility. A healthy stretch before the game warms up your body too. It further minimizes the risk of injuries. Do not overstretch yourself though, as your muscles and bones aren’t ready for it. A good daily stretch will not only add a lot of flexibility to your swing, but also improve your overall game.

Hey brother, my guess is that your back wasn't hurt bc you misesd the ball.
The ball doesn't slow your body down. However, I bet you misesd the ball bc
you swung hard enough to hurt your back! Try swinging the club at about 85%
of your full speed. I remember when I first started playing I thought that
it took super-human strength to launch the ball. No, that why grandma is
still playing. Take her slow and easy. And keep it up. Hit em str8
