golf girls

Golf has become one of the most popular sports in the world. The ever increasing fame of golf can be understood by the numbers of glf courses that have sprung up across the world. It has been found that there are more than 32000 golf courses across the world with about half of them being in US. Earlier golf was popular mainly in England and Scotland but now other countries have also caught up.
Asian and developing countries have also got the taste of golf. China , for example, had its first golf course in 1984 but by the end of 2008, there were more than 376 courses. Japan has produced many golf players of international repute. South Korea has a good number of women golfers who are at par with the world’s best.
According to the National Golf Foundation, although the numbers of golf enthusiasts have fallen in the US in the last few years, yet the total number of players has steadily increased. These are the players from the newer territories who have joined the game.
