The Criccieth Golf Club has 18 holes with yardage 5535 – 5172 – 4718 and par 68 – 67 – 68. Visitors are welcomed all 7 days in a week and societies are welcomed but need pre registration is required with the secretary.
The club house remains open from 9 am with bar and snack facilities available and closes from 5 pm onwards, restaurant meals are available on Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday.
Criccieth Golf club was established in 1905 and is situated at about 1 mile away from the town centre. The golf club is very small and friendly and a very unique club steeped in history. The club also has a pleasant south facing glazed verandah, overlooking the 16th green and a Cardigan Bay vista which includes Criccieth and Harlech castles. The club keeps on organizing various golf competitions targeting different categories of people mainly junior, ladies, and senior competitions. Criccieth golf club is now offering twilight golf for £1 per person which will be for rounds of Golf commencing after 4 pm. The Golf course has terrain in many areas so it is advised to use Whilst battery trolleys instead of buggies.
