Golf has become a very popular sport across the country. Not only is it popular in the US, but in other countries especially Australia. The fascination of golf could stem from the popularity of some famous players such as Tiger Woods, Michelle Wie, Phil Nickelson, and Jack Nicklaus. Golf is usually played in warm temperatures for long periods of time. For this reason, it is important to make sure that you consume adequate amounts of water in order to prevent the body from becoming dehydrated. Most golfers will drink water while on the green, however at the end of the day, forget to continue that routine. The amount of fluids required depends on the person. Some people may require more fluids while playing the game of golf more than others. The main thing is to listen to your body.
The only thing you have to do is make sure you begin your golf game with exercises that will prevent injury to your body, maintain your fluids and eat healthy snacks between holes. That’s it! FORE!
