Playing golf necessitate physical fitness, ability of concentration and also positive thinking and attitude. As exercise will get better your physical fitness, and positively affect strength, shape and manner in which you employ the abilities of your body, and also the mind and emotions. Right use of muscles in everyday activities will improve functioning of the entire body and will also enhance mental performance in golf game and also your concentration ability and clarity of thinking will benefit you in golf. By exercise you will become active and also able to play golf with full concentration because golf needs your full concentration.
As physical fitness is an important part of any game. When you are physically fit you will be able to play better game. Same this physical fitness is also essential for playing golf. Warm up is too very important in golf. At all time warm up your body before playing golf.

Hi im currently a snoeir studentmy gpa is 3.85my sat 2010(math 780, CR 580,
W 650)I took mathII(780) chem(710)Im currently taking AP chem honors
physics( there is no AP physics in my school) AP calc Ap world AP engI took
3 years of honor spanishI also did 300 hours in volunteering4 years of
football team3 years of golf team3 years of FBLA3 years of Math teamand 3
years of marine fitnessPS: I took earth science and all the basic classes
in my freshmen year because i did not have any reconmmendations since i
moved from other school. I also came to US at 5th grade( speak fluent
korean). have decent recommendations and great essay
